Here are 4 Bible Verses to pray over your loved ones. May God bless you as you read and share.
VERSE 1 - Hebrews 13:5 (NKJV)
Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.”
Dear Father, please help me and my loved ones to know that life is not really about money…help us to be free from the love of money because I know it can easily become an idol. Help them and myself to be content with what we already have and finally, because we know that you God have promised to never leave us or forsake us, even if others do, I pray that we keep our eyes focused on you. Teach us, O Lord, to be content with what we have and to know that in all things you are in the center of our being. In Jesus Christ’s name I pray, AMEN.
VERSE 2 - 1 Corinthians 10:13 (NKJV)
“No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it.” Oh Lord God, here is where we all have one thing in common. We are all subject to temptations that can lead to sin so I pray that you would keep them from anything that might cause them to fall into sin and we know that you will also make a way out of these situations. Help my beloved in the trials or tests that he/she might encounter today, knowing that you have promised to provide them a way out of it and to be able to endure it, and for these promises, I thank you and ask in Jesus’ holy name, AMEN.
VERSE 3 - Psalm 46:1 (NKJV)
“God the Refuge of His People and Conqueror of the Nations.” Great Father in heaven, thank you for your word and your promise to be our refuge and a present help in our times of trouble and so I ask you to be my beloved’s refuge today and their source of strength when they need it today and for being their present help, anytime they encounter problems, I thank you and ask this in the righteous name of Jesus Christ, AMEN.
VERSE 4 - Ephesians 6:19 (NKJV)
“and for me, that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel,” Righteous Father, please make a way for my spouse to have the confidence to proclaim the good news to someone who needs to hear it today. I know you are sovereign and so I ask that you provide a divine appointment with my beloved today to encounter someone who needs to hear how they might be saved and to give my spouse the confidence to boldly proclaim the gospel to that one or more persons who have not yet trusted in You for eternal life. I pray this in the strong name of Jesus Christ, AMEN.
May God richly bless you,
